Lo sport è gioia di vita, un gesto plastico,
passo dopo passo a macinare chilometri.
Con la mente assorta nei tuoi pensieri, più profondi, più intimi.
Pensi ai tuoi amati genitori, alle splendide nipotine.
Poi vai a ritroso con la memoria ritornando alla gioventù, ai tuoi vent’anni….
Retoriche illusioni il per impegnare il tuo fisico e la tua psiche.
Come un metronomo, la corsa, vezzo quotidiano
di un attempato signore che non vuole arrendersi
alla tetragona legge del tempo.
Ma reagire per rincorrere invano un apoteosi di gioventù!

Romano along with a few other is an old frequenter of the Parco Sempione, pompous name given after the restructuring (with many still suspended) occurred a few years ago thanks to a long battle fought by us, very few visitors of the past with local institutions. San Giorgio su Legnano – CDS di Corsa Campestre e il mio “Corto Uomini” e forse più! - 3500 foto e 5 video
Sunday 27 I participated in the Italian Championship of Company Cross Country, certainly not as an athlete because I have the title and capacity, as photographer "Short Men" (4km) or maybe more (sicuramente!) course I too though not all in one breath. As runner
admit that, for some time, I am working very well but we can not say as a photographer and as a country that I am making so much; Campaccio , Cinque Mulini, Italian Championships in Varese and finally the CDS San Giorgio. All competitions follow the spectacular fields of racing through the "eye" of my Canon. And do not think it's an easy thing for these special events in the organization and FIDAL are very strict. Routes to be met (and never in a straight line!) Not to interfere with the athletes, begins in a part, gets to the other, again and award ceremonies elsewhere in conjunction with other departures! Km if they do, and even run, if you want to capture all or almost! In these events there is always television and can not be overdriven for a minute ... and when you run the Big be careful where you put the "feet"! Events committing to many hours with one break at the end if you do not want to miss anything.
San Giorgio, the path of Campaccio, more than 1600 athletes competed, representing hundreds of companies athletes from all parts of Italy with a huge organizational effort, and in this context I "progress" too 'I with my camera! Departures and arrivals were not in the same location but separated by more than 300 meters and as the batteries were eight, the calculation is easy 300x8 = 2400 x2 = 4800 ... but "Short Man"! And the awards? Luckily there was Beppe Nearby, along the way Ivano! And fortunately it is not raining!
km walk but we made a lot of pictures, so many more! Over 5000 shots to be selected (and not always been easy to dismiss) over 3500 photos published. And the films of Franco? Published five videos, he ran but was nailed to the finish line for so many hours ... that sucks!
Our award for the long run? Thousands of contacts to AndòCorri blog and many thanks for their work but the greatest pleasure is that any contact with or has a face.
